* Strong working knowledge of Macromedia Dreamweaver, Microsoft FrontPage, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw and Macromedia Flash
* Must be able to carry out Usability Analysis
* Converting Layouts in HTML formats with good hands on DIV based layout
* Must have expert HTML and CSS skills
* Designing Newsletters
* Must have Technical knowledge of file sizes, types, and colour formats
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Keen eye for clean implementation and knowledge of website
* Create images and interfaces for online use
* Able to work independently as well as part of a team
* Giving Strategic inputs of the growth of the Team
* Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, team based environment.
* Implement standards compliancy and accessibility across all online applications / websites.
* Fine Art degree and advertising background is a big+
