Experience: Senior 2+ years

Required Soft Skills:
• Should have basics right.
• Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication skills
• Able to give inputs and ideas in project meetings.
• Able to understand project requirements with minimum assistance.
• Should be pro-active, self starter, eager to learn new technologies and have flexible approach
• Capable to manage a team.

Must have Technical skill sets:

You should have worked on projects using open source technologies like PHP, MYSQL, Apache, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML/XHTML, CSS, and Smarty. Joomla, Mamboo, and Open source shopping cart will be added advantage.

For seniors: must have worked with at least 3 complex large projects using above technologies.
