Position: Senior ASP.NET Developer

Experience required : 2.5 years and above

Required Soft Skills:
Should have basics right.
Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong communication skills
Able to give inputs and ideas in project meetings.
Able to understand project requirements with minimum assistance.
Should be pro-active, self starter, eager to learn new technologies and have flexible approach
Capable to manage a team.

Must have Technical skill sets:

You should have extensively worked on projects using technologies like
.NET (C#.net and vb.net), AJAX, JavaScript, HTML/XHTML, CSS, and other related.

You must have worked on at least 5 or more complex large projects using above technologies, playing a major role in these projects.

Added advantage skill sets:
Experience in working XML, Web-services, .net 3.0 / .net 3.5,
silverlight.
