Experience: Senior 2+ years, Junior 6+ months

Required Soft Skills:

Able to understand project requirements with minimum assistance.
Should be pro-active, self starter, eager to learn new technologies and have flexible approach
Capable to manage a team.

Must have Technical skill sets:

You should have extensively worked on projects using open source technologies like PHP, MYSQL, Apache, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML/XHTML, CSS, and Smarty

For seniors: must have worked on at least 3 complex large projects using above technologies, playing a major role in these projects.

Added advantage skill sets:
Experience in working on open source software like, Joomla, Mamboo, and Open source shopping cart software.
