Job Description

Work with Project Mangers (International and Local) to build web/windows applications. Carry out analysis of client requirements Design classes/object models, relationships, database models Write elegant code Check quality of work by testing (Test Driven Development or Behavior Driven Development) Work according to agile development methodologies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience on 2 or more full life cycle development of web applications.
  • C# ASP.NET development, using Visual Studio 2005 and 2008
  • Experience to have included Web projects, Web Services, XML data management
  • MS SQL Server 2000 and 2005 database development and management
  • Windows server deployment and testing frameworks
  • Good understanding of third-party system interfacing/ integration needs
  • 3+ years building web applications, Worked on projects autonomously and in small teams,
  • Reporting to local and foreign managers, Experience in complying with ISO standards – good
  • documentation and quality testing.
  • Bright and self-motivated self starter.
  • Good work ethic and focused on delivering quality results to timescales
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Spoken/Written/ Reading).
  • Must be quick at learning and adopting new technologies and customer requirements.
  • Committed, Hard Working, Self-Motivated, Independent Thinker, Reliable.

Candidates need to have very good English language skills and able to communicate effectively by phone and online messenger (we use Skye and MSN). It is also important that both people can intuitively pick up existing projects that require maintenance and further development (never an easy task…).Developers would need to be able to work closely together and with us on several projects
