Job Profile : Plan and implement the new software needs of the company. Devise means and methods to minimise work load in terms of maintenance of the existing software. Train and groom freshers to become technically savvy professionals. Give valuable inputs to make the website more user friendly and interactive vis-a-vis company and visitors.
Candidate Profile : Post Graduate (Preferrably MCA) with at least 3 to 5 years of experience as Team Leader/Asst Manager/Manager. Innovative and ability to think out of the box with excellent communication and presentation skills. Should be well conversant with current dvelopments in the software market & customer needs. Willing to travel and ready to meet the targets with respect to business development. Desired proficiency in Advanced Java, JSP, Struts, Springs, Hybernet, J2EE.
