Web developer having more than 3 years of experience on PHP with designing sence and having experience of various CMS and Flash

Web developer having more than 3 years of experience on C# .NET/ASP.NET with designing sence

SEO lead having more than 3 years of experience in search engine optimization, internet marketing, networking, lead generation, link building, affiliation management etc…

Business development executive having more than 3 years of experience in selling IT sevices in the European, Australian and US markets

Desired Candidate Profile

PHP Web developer

- Should possess PHP, My SQL, CMS and Java Script skills
- Knowledge of Web services & AJAX
- Strong self motivation with an ability to work on multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
- Candidate should have strong MySQL & PHP coding skills

.NET Web developer

- Strong C# .NET 2.0
- .NET 3.0 – WCF, WPF, Silverlight (Highly Desired)
- Exposure to LinQ, Entity Framework
- Visual Studio IDE
- Basic experience with MS SQL SERVER 2005/2008
- Knowledge of SDLC

SEO lead

- Expert in understanding of site structure, internal linking and duplicate content challenges
- Manage both on page & off page factors on Google and Yahoo with knowledge of Ad word and Ad sense
- Responsibilities include overall SEM/SEO strategy and drive execution, capable of keyword management and landing page optimization
- Capable of creation & execution of a compelling SEO plan for new websites
- Conversant with different SEO tool for keyword research, competitor research, LSI & content analysis
- Strong in analysis & process with different site analytical tools

BDE

- Generating new business thru extensive cold calling, email marketing, networking, and internet marketing
- Managing full sales process from lead generation to making the sale
- Meeting individual sales targets
- 3+ years of prior business development and sale experience in software outsourcing industry targeting clients in Europe and/or USA
- Experienced with various sales lead generation methods and sales pipeline management
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
